It is recommended to begin searching for a wedding dress 10-12 months before your wedding, but this may vary depending on the type of dress you desire. If you are interested in a made-to-measure designer wedding dress, the production and alteration process can take between 7 to 9 months. However, this timeline may differ from one bridal boutique to another and from designer to designer. In some cases, a rush order for a made-to-order dress can be completed in as little as 12 weeks/3 months, although this service incurs an additional fee of approximately 10% or 15% of the dress cost.

Yes, it is still possible to find a wedding dress if you are getting married in a few weeks. You may want to consider purchasing a sample dress which can be altered quickly to fit your body and take home on the same day of purchase. If you require alterations, we offer a rush service that can be completed in 3 to 4 weeks to ensure that your dress is ready for your wedding day. 

1. Sizing: each sample sale dress listed on our website has the size of the dress 
2. Condition of the dress: All of our sample wedding dresses are sold as per the condition you see them in store. We do not offer a complimentary dry cleaning service
3. Alterations: We dont reccomend alterting a dress down more than two dress sizes

To book your bridal appointment via our online booking system, a appointment booking fee is required. 
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so free of charge as long as it is done at least 72 hours before your original appointment time. 
If you cancel your appointment at least 72 hours before your appointment time, the fee will be fully refunded. 
However, if you do not show up for your appointment, cancel less than 72 hours before your appointment, or reschedule less than 72 hours before your appointment, the fee will not be refunded.

A bridal appointment typically involves trying on a variety of wedding dresses to find the perfect one for your special day. Here are some things to expect from a typical bridal appointment:

Meeting with a bridal stylist: You will be greeted by a bridal consultant who will discuss your preferences that have been discussed over Whatsapp, budget, and wedding details with you to get a sense of your style. Light nibbles and filtered water will be available for you and your guests. We run a closed door policy so you will have your own private floor and fitting room to yourself.

Trying on dresses: Based on discussion you had with us on Whatsapp, the stylist will bring out the selection of dresses for you to try on. Our stylist will also recommend other dresses during the appointment as you find out your preferences and see what looks and feels best on you.

Taking measurements: At the end of the bridal appointment, stylist will take your measurements so we can recommend what size would fit your body shape.

Questions: Throughout the appointment, the stylist may ask you questions about your preferences, feedback on the dresses you've tried on, and your overall vision for your wedding day.

To make the most of your bridal appointment, we recommend that you bring the following items with you:
- A hair tie to tie up your hair so you can easily try on different dresses and hairstyles.
- Nude seamless underwear, such as briefs, to prevent any visible marks under the dress. Please avoid wearing black or tight briefs. If you are unable to wear a nude or white bra, we have cup inserts available that are sprayed with anti-bacterial spray before and after each use.
- You do not need to bring shoes as we have a selection of shoes available in our boutique for you to try on.
- To ensure the hygiene of our shoes, we provide recycled disposable pop socks for you to use during your appointment.

By bringing these items, you can have a more comfortable and seamless bridal appointment experience.

Your bridal appointment is scheduled to last for one hour, during which time you will have the opportunity to try on a minimum of five wedding dresses. Depending on the amount of time you spend in each dress, it may be possible to try on a maximum of 7-8 dresses during your appointment.

Please note that we are unable to let you into our boutique before your appointment start time, as we do not have a waiting area. We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure that you have the full hour for your appointment. We look forward to helping you find your dream wedding dress!

You are welcome to bring up to four guests with you to your bridal appointment on the first floor and two guests on the ground floor. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing toddlers or pets, as our boutique environment is not suitable for them. While we love children and pets, we want to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for our brides and their guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Absolutely! We are pleased to offer a free video link service so that your friends and family can join in on your bridal appointment live. You can choose your preferred video platform, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, or Zoom, and connect via our high-speed fiber broadband. This service is provided at no additional cost to you, so you can share this special moment with your loved ones even if they are not able to be with you in person. Our main collection features wedding dress samples that are available in size 12 or 14, which can typically fit brides ranging from UK 6 to UK 14. In addition, we have a separate Curve collection that is specifically designed to fit brides ranging from UK 16 to UK 22, ensuring that we have options available for a variety of body types and sizes. If you would like to try on up to two wedding dresses that you tried on at your initial bridal appointment, we can schedule another appointment for you. However, please note that there will be a fee for this second appointment. If you ultimately decide to purchase a dress from us, we will refund the second appointment fee. Our goal is to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident with your final decision and we're happy to work with you to make that happen.

Certainly! We offer an in-house bridal alteration service with a standard turnaround of 8 to 10 weeks for wedding dress alterations. If you require a faster service, we also offer a 4 week Rush service upon request. Additionally, we can arrange for one of our seamstress partners to come to your home to alter your wedding dress or gown.
