📦 When will my order arrive?

We ship all orders directly from our facility in Bucharest, Romania.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Romania: 2–4 business days

  • Within the EU/Europe: 3–7 business days

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey at any time.

🌍 Do you offer international shipping?

Yes — we currently ship to all European countries. At this time, we do not ship outside Europe, but we’re working to expand in the future.

🔍 How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress in real-time.

  • It is returned in the original packaging
